Thank you, Tamar, this resonates deeply. It took me years to realize that true leadership isn’t about corporate titles or management tricks, but about clarity, trust, and authentic communication. Leading others always starts with understanding how to lead yourself. The hardest, most valuable leadership lessons I've encountered revolve around building genuine safety, trust, and emotional coherence. It sounds like this experience unlocked exactly that for you.

I appreciate you sharing your honest reflection, it reminds us all that leadership isn't a role, but a practice rooted in continuous self-awareness and growth.

Thank you, Tamar for sharing your experience with the academy! I love what you said here"The hardest person to lead is usually yourself!" - the academy is made for a real self transformation as leadership starts there indeed.

If you are not confident, if you are full of convictions that bring results you do not want then the others you lead will do the same. That's why this is so crucial.

Thank you for going on this journey with me🙏🏻
