A Little Reflection on Creativity, Alignment & What’s Coming Next
Last night, my Miro Year in Review landed… and it stopped me in my tracks.
I learned that I’m in the Top 5% of all Miro users globally for time spent building, mapping, and ideating.
Here’s what the data showed:

WOAH!
If you’d told me a few years ago that my brain would pour out this much creative mapping in one year, I’m not sure I’d have believed you.
Miro has been my quiet creative companion through a year of big inner shifts — the year I asked myself some uncomfortable questions about identity, alignment, and what I’m actually trying to build.
✔️ I map to make sense of things.
✔️ I build pathways to feel grounded.
✔️ I create structure so I — and the people I work with — can move forward with clarity instead of chaos.
And this year, that inner architecture became louder than the external expectations I’ve carried for most of my career.

talks a lot about congruence — how our work starts to accelerate when our inner truth finally matches our outer expression.I’ve slowly started to feel that shift..
This recap wasn’t a celebration of productivity for me.
It was a reminder:
Alignment isn’t a concept I talk about — it’s how I naturally operate when I stop overcomplicating things.
So as we move toward 2026, I’m holding this intention:
✨ Less performing alignment. More living it.
✨ Less overthinking. More mapping, testing, iterating.
✨ More conversations with the people who feel like collaborators, not “followers.”
